To reestablish service please contact us during our regular Business Hours of Monday - Friday from 8am - 4pm.
If we do not answer please leave us a message with your name and call back number and we will return your call as soon as possible.
As a reminder bills are sent out via e-mail on the 15th of the month all are due by the 1st. If you are more than 1 month behind we will disconnect your service on the 15th of the month.
If you wish to receive bills by physical mail please make arrangements with us to do so. There is a $2.50 / month Administrative fee for ALL mailed invoices.
If you would like to setup auto-pay please ask about it when you call.
